All felted animals are made from 100 percent wool. They all have wire armatures.
Needle felting does not entail sewing or the use of patterns. It is similar to clay sculpture with carded wool used as the medium.
The wool is sculpted with long fine barbed needles.
Each needle felted animal is one of a kind though the same animal of course can be created again each one is always different.
